Shipping is processed through our online order system. Packages are shipped by USPS Priority Insured.
Orders generally process within 2 - 3 business days, and shipped on the next business day.
Packages are insured:
Insurance up to $50 is included with your order. Purchases over $50 in product, will be charged based on the replacement cost of the item(s) purchased.
Postage Calculation
We do our best to avoid issues, but the system has overcharged postage at the final checkout (it generally has been on orders that may contain 3 or more items.) Should this happen, you will receive a refund of the over charge and notification with the amount of the credit. This will be completed before your package even ships.
International request for order:
Please use the contact us form on this page. Send what product(s) you are interested in and provide full shipping address. If we can ship to you, our reply will include the total cost and estimated delivery time.

Request for Return
The customer must complete the contact form (see above) the request must be received by K and K Mercantile within 3 days of customer's receipt of the order.
Returned Merchandise
must be in the same condition as prior to us shipping.
Returned items are to be in the original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied (depending on product)
Approved refunds
Are given as a store credit.
Credit Card/Cash Refunds
Must be authorized by K and K Mercantile. A return authorization number will be provided to customer.
Shipping on Returns
Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must carry the appropriate amount of insurance.
"No" Returns or Refunds on custom orders.
