we are not a brick and mortar store. so when are we available? 

We are available to take customer calls:
Monday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST
Friday - Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST 
Sunday - Closed

We will call you back, so leave a message. Include your name, contact phone number, best time to call and the nature of your call.  When reenacting season hits, we have someone available to take calls.  Our help will relay your message to us.
